Universal 4" to 6" Stone Holder for Work Sharp Precision Adjust

Take your sharpening game to the next level with our to 4" to 6" Universal Stone Holder for the Work Sharp Precision Adjust system.

The stock stones are decent, but limited. Our 4" to 6" Universal Stone Holder lets you use any sharpening stone from 3.75" (95mm) up to 6.3 inches (160mm) long and 1 inch wide, opening the door to a full range of grit options. Whether you’re re-profiling with a budget-friendly coarse stone or polishing to a mirror finish with ultra-fine abrasives, our 4" to 6" Universal Stone Holder gives you full control over your sharpening process. Just adjust the screw to fit your stone, tighten lightly, and you're ready to go.

We include an angle block with every kit which will prevent the adjustment screw from rotating and changing the angle. The adjustment screw rotates with very little resistance but our angle block will keep it in place. The angle block easily slides on or off so adjustments can be made when you want them.

The angle block is approximately 23mm (0.9") in diameter and 30mm (1.2") tall.

We include a phone tray with every kit which allows you to use your cell phone as an inclinometer. Some stones are thin and others are thick and any change in stone thickness will alter the angle. With our phone tray, you can precisely set your desired angle to 1/10th of a degree. 15 degrees, 20 degrees, or even 17.5 degrees is not a problem for small knives and large knives. Now you can easily switch between thin and thick stones all while maintaining your desired angle.

The phone tray is 75mm x 90mm (approximately 3" x 3.5").

Please note: the tray is large enough to hold the phone flat. Some phones have protruding cameras (ie. iPhones) so the top and bottom of the phone will protrude over the tray; this is normal. Please use two hands; one to hold the knife sharpener level and another to adjust the screw to your desired angle.

Our stone holder is super easy to use; simply unscrew the screw to make the holder long enough to fit whatever stone you want to use. Gently tighten the screw to secure the stone in place. Don't over tighten, just tight enough to hold the stone. And that's it!
