The Story Behind the Design

The Spray Sunscreen Assistant was created after a real moment of frustration, when Melissa was trying to apply spray deodorant on Brian, her hands were slippery from sunscreen, and pressing the button was nearly impossible. That challenge inspired Brian to engineer a solution to make it easier to apply sunscreen with slippery hands.
