Platform for Work Sharp Precision Adjust

The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is capable of producing a razor-sharp edge, but its all-plastic base can wobble during sharpening and offers no way to secure it to a bench. Our Platform for Work Sharp Precision Adjust solves that problem by providing a sturdy, secure foundation that locks the sharpener in place for consistent, one-handed operation.

Designed for stability and accessibility, this platform eliminates the need to hold the Work Sharp base with one hand while sharpening with the other. It includes three adjustable knife supports that lock firmly into position, each with height control to support short, long, thin, or tall blades. The slots are spaced 5 mm apart, offering 126 support placements for precise fit and full blade control.

Two tapered screw holes let you mount the platform directly to your workbench for complete rigidity (screws not included). A front lip secures the Work Sharp base snugly in place but still allows for easy removal with gentle upward pressure.

Instructions for Use

1. Insert the front of the Work Sharp Precision Adjust base into the platform and press down until it snaps in place.
2. Clamp your knife in the Work Sharp base.
3. Lower the knife supports by turning the screw clockwise and slide them into the desired slots a few millimeters behind the edge.
4. From behind the blade, raise the supports slightly until they touch the knife.
